Olbermann on FISA - Bush is beyond treason

For those of you that didn't catch it. Here's Keith Olbermann last night on a nice "little" (a full 9 mins and 41 secs) rant about the telcom immunity/amnesty.

I love a hot cup of righteous KO indignation, for sure, but it's worth paying attention to this rant not just for what it validates in our own rantings here.
One of the big things that KO brings up is that it isn't just that Bush wants amnesty for the telcos, it's that he wants it without ever actually acknowledging that they need it. Or that they even actually did anything. We are very focused on bringing the telcoms to justice, but it's important to remember that Bush hasn't even given a valid reason why he wants them protected. I'm hoping to keep this information in mind during my next call to Salazar on this issue.
I don't have a lot to add, other than go check this out. I'm not even a bit player on this site, i'm not terribly politically astute or tactical. Others (mcjoan specifically) will do a much better job in the coming days about getting the folks here organized and on the phones/faxes/internets, and we'll need to do this. But it's good to see that there is someone out there who has OUR backs and we're not just pissing into the wind. I just wanted to make sure that we realize our efforts are not in vain, nor without serious allies.
With any luck more of the media will pick up this drumbeat, and Clinton and Obama will use their national exposure to give it a broader voice. Any ideas for strategies to do both? Now is the time to pull them out.
